Shipping Methods:
Shipping Methods within the USA:
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and Federal Express to ship our orders. Packages shipped using UPS and Federal Express are trackable and insured. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund for you. Unfortunately, we are not able to insure packages shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and we will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via USPS (including all orders shipped to APO, FPO & PO Box addresses).
Shipping Costs:
The charge for shipping your order is determined by the weight of the products ordered and the shipping method you choose. Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you at the time you choose your shipping method.
Worldwide Shipping:
Direct-2-You ships products to over 250 countries worldwide. Due to international regulations, we are only able to provide DVD products to some countries. Packages shipped to some countries may have excess product packaging or DVD covers which display adult images removed.
International Customs and Shipping Choices:
Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country’s laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Direct-2-you is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs. We offer Global Air Mail shipping, and International FedEx. Prices may vary depending on weight and size of the order. We recommend the International FedEx option, available for these countries, as these packages are insured and traceable door-to-door. If your parcel is shipped by an insured or traceable method, we will replace or refund any shipments that are lost in shipment (not held in Customs.) Direct-2-You is not liable for lost or damaged packages shipped using an uninsured shipping method (Global Air Mail.)
Order Fulfillment Time:
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4-10 business days from the day the order was completed. International orders generally take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.
Undeliverable Packages:
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email. If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of Direct-2-You or of the postal service, then Direct-2-You will either replace the order for you or refund all charges, at your choice.
Tracking / Delivery Confirmation Numbers:
All Orders are shipped from our facility near Los Angeles, Ca.
UPS Tracking numbers:
UPS assigns Tracking numbers at the time of shipment, but packages cannot be tracked through the UPS website until 7pm PST on the day they are picked up from our facility. A UPS Tracking number will give you information including the time and date of every location your package passes through.
USPS Delivery Confirmation numbers:
The USPS only offers Delivery Confirmation for their shipments. Delivery Confirmation will show intermittent location scans, but most importantly a Delivery Confirmation scan. Delivery Confirmation will NOT provide information about every location your package passes through but there may be instances when a few locations are noted.
How to Track your package:
1. Click the 'My Account' link in the very top of all our pages.
2. Log into your account.
3. Click 'View' next to the Order you wish to check on. You will be able to view the complete information for that Order.
4. The Tracking/Delivery Confirmation number will be listed in the "Order Tracking" section at the bottom of your Order.
Note: Both Tracking and Delivery Confirmation numbers will be listed as "Order Tracking."
5. Click on the Tracking number of your package. Depending on your Shipping Method:
UPS Shipments – A page will open with all the details of your Package, including its location during all stages of shipment.
USPS Shipments – The USPS Track and Confirm web page will open with the details of when your package shipped, locations where it was scanned, and if already delivered, a delivery date and time.
Discreet Packaging:
We use standard shipping boxes and envelopes provided by our shipping carriers and all return address labels read "Direct-2-You". There will be absolutely no mention of the contents of the shipment any where on the package.
