Direct-2-You offers the following Payment options.
Credit Card:
We offer two choices for submitting Credit Card information.
Submit Securely On-line -
When prompted, submit your Credit Card On-line. It's quick, easy, and secure. Our site utilizes the highest industry standards for the encryption and storage of your information.
Submit by Phone or Fax -
Call or fax your Credit Card to us. During the Checkout process, simply select 'Check or Money Order' and complete your Order as usual. When finished, call or fax your card information to us along with your Order number (Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 5:30pm PST).

IMPORTANT - CVV2 Numbers:
When you choose to pay with a Credit Card, we will also ask for your card's CVV2 number. The CVV2 number (3 or 4 digits) is a security code used to verify you are in possession of the card. See below for examples:
MasterCard/Visa/Discover: The CVV2 number is printed (not embossed) in reverse italics just above the signature panel on the back of your card.
American Express: The CVV2 number is printed (not embossed) just above the Credit Card numbers on the front of your card.
Check or Money Order:
During the Checkout process, simply select 'Check or Money Order' as your Payment Method and complete your Order as usual. When you mail your payment, please include your Order number on the Check/Money Order.

Important Information:
We reserve the right to hold an Order until the funds clear your Banking institution and our system, which may take up to a month.
Please include your Order number when sending your Check or Money Order.
Check Orders must ship Complete. Check Customers cannot have their Orders shipped Partial.
All Checks must have your Name and Address pre-printed (not handwritten) on the Check.
We do not accept wire transfers.
We do not accept cash.
International orders must be paid by International Money Orders, in U.S. funds, drawn on a United States Bank.
Taxes:
Domestic Taxes:
Orders shipping to addresses in California are charged a 8.25% sales tax on their purchases. All other Domestic Orders are not charged sales tax.
International Duty Taxes:
International Duty Taxes are the sole responsibility of the Customer. We do not pay International Duty Taxes and any Duty Tax incurred will be charged to the customer.
